We started a training program that serves as a beacon of hope for women and youth who have been marginalized and denied economic opportunities. Currently implemented across 23 villages around our manufacturing facilities, this program trains students in profitable skills and holistic development.
Profitable Skills Training:
Textile Arts: Dress designing, sewing machine operation, hand embroidery, and Aari work.
Sustainable Agriculture: Organic farming, home-made soaps and toiletries, dairy farming, and mushroom cultivation.
Holistic Development:
Financial Literacy: We teach essential knowledge in financial management and savings.
Health and Hygiene Awareness: We promote healthy lifestyles and prevent ative healthcare practices.

Over 1,400 women and youth, armed with new found abilities, are embarking on personal growth journeys and contributing to the prosperity of their communities for generations to come.
